What do I need for my session?

You will need a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone. You will also need to install the latest version of Zoom, which is free to download. We recommend that you test your equipment and internet connection prior to your session.

May I cancel a scheduled session?

Yes, you may cancel a scheduled session. Please note that cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the session in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of a session are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel a session, please contact our support team at info@learn-aprende.com. Please be sure to provide your full name and the date and time of the session.

How do I request a refund?

At Learn-Aprende, we are committed to providing our learners with a positive learning experience. You may request a refund for any unused sessions that have been purchased within the refund period by contacting info@learn-aprende.com.

Amount of refund = the amount paid for the course - the number of completed sessions as schedule (including no-shows) x the price per session at the time of purchase.We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

What if I don’t see a time available that is convenient for me?

Absolutely! Yes, we offer language training in a variety of fields, including nursing, business, engineering, and more. Our courses are designed to provide students with the tools they need to communicate effectively in their chosen field. We also offer courses focusing on conversational English, Spanish, cultural understanding, etc.

May I try a session before registering?

Most definitely! You can try our services for free by signing up for an abbreviated trial session. During the trial session, you can get a feel for our courses and instructors and decide if Learn-Aprende fits you. After the trial session, you can register for one of our courses.
